About the Recipe
This vibrant jam combines the antioxidant power of berries with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric and cinnamon, both known to support joint health and blood sugar stability. Chia seeds provide omega-3s and fiber to help regulate digestion and glucose absorption. The result is a rich, golden jam with a berry burst and a gentle warming spice — delicious on toast, stirred into oatmeal, or eaten by the spoon.

Add turmeric, cinnamon, lemon juice, and sweetener. Stir well.
