Ingredients
1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
1 tsp dried lemon balm
1 tsp dried hibiscus petals
1 tbsp dried or fresh blueberries
2 cups water
Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
Optional garnish: frozen blueberries or lemon slices
Preparation
Instructions:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Turn off heat and add chamomile, lemon balm, hibiscus, and blueberries.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a pitcher or jar and sweeten if desired.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
