The soothing combination of chamomile and lemon balm pairs perfectly with tart hibiscus and juicy blueberries, creating a deep red, lightly tangy drink. Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

  • 1 tsp dried lemon balm

  • 1 tsp dried hibiscus petals

  • 1 tbsp dried or fresh blueberries

  • 2 cups water

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional garnish: frozen blueberries or lemon slices

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Turn off heat and add chamomile, lemon balm, hibiscus, and blueberries.

  3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Strain into a pitcher or jar and sweeten if desired.

  5. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve over ice. Garnish if desired.
